These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pksolt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pksolt.cam and all associated content, services and features.

pksolt is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides educational content, guides, game information, payment references and responsible gambling resources. pksolt is not a gambling operator and does not directly accept bets, operate casino games, hold player deposits or process financial transactions.

Access to the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling operator or applicable license jurisdiction you are accessing. pksolt strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. Where the operator's jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Platform and all Content thereon are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform in a manner that is consistent with applicable law and these Terms, including but not limited to the following:

• You will not access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technology without prior written consent from pksolt.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, impair or compromise the Platform's systems or security.
• You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform, use of the Platform, or access to the Platform without the express written permission of pksolt.
• You acknowledge that the Platform does not constitute gambling services and that pksolt is not your gambling operator.

Any breach of these use conditions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform at pksolt's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on and in connection with the Platform:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under the required minimum age;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information in any context;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks;
• Engaging in any conduct that could expose pksolt, its affiliates or its users to legal liability;
• Publishing, transmitting or distributing Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity in connection with the Platform;
• Using the Platform to promote or facilitate unlawful gambling activity in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited;
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity;
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Platform.

pksolt reserves the right to report suspected prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, code and structural elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pksolt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may view and print Content from the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute any Content without prior written permission from pksolt;
• Use any pksolt trademarks, service marks or trade names without express written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on Platform Content without written consent;
• Use Content in a manner that implies pksolt's endorsement of any product, service or organisation.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pksolt expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including without limitation:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currentness of any Content, including game RTP figures, operator payment details or bonus terms;
• Any warranty that third-party operator information referenced on the Platform is current, accurate or applicable at the time of a User's access.

pksolt does not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pksolt, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pksolt's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater. This limitation reflects the free, informational nature of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pksolt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Where pksolt references bonus offers, welcome promotions or loyalty programme details, the following applies:

• All bonus descriptions on the Platform are illustrative and educational. They do not constitute live offers by pksolt or any specific operator.
• PKR amounts referenced in bonus examples (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 maximum cash-out) are representative figures only and may not reflect the current terms of any specific operator.
